The hike takes you across the ridge leading over the Sätteli between the Tällistock and Sättelistöckleni. While the gentle climb up from the Engstlenalp gives wonderful views of the Melchsee and surrounding area, the Gadmental valley comes into view on the descent to the Restaurant and Berghaus Tälli. Here, the imposing, colossal Gadmen Dolomites come to the fore. The base station and PostBus stop can be reached easily with the Tällibahn.
