Sbrinz Route Handeck – Grimsel Hospiz

The legendary Sbrinz Route, named after the Central Swiss Hartkläse, leads from Lake Lucerne to Italy. The section between Handeck and Grimsel Hospiz is a real highlight of this old mule track: The trail leads over spectacular stone bridges and rocky paths from the muleteer era along gorges, torrents, rock slabs and the shores of Lake Rätrichsbodensee up to the first inn in Switzerland mentioned in a document – the Grimsel Hospiz.
