Playground
Right behind the family hotel, there are lively streams to be dammed, dense forests to play hide-and-seek in and secluded barbecue areas for picnics. No child will be bored here.
And while the parents relax on the deckchairs, the children bounce around on the large trampoline.

Barbecue & picnic
In and around the nature resort – at the large Säumerstein – you will find well-maintained barbecue areas in the most beautiful spots.
All you need to bring is the sausage – wood and grill are already available.
Children's climbing garden
Directly behind the chalet, our little guests can practise climbing the many mountains in the Bernese Oberland. In the children’s climbing garden, three routes lead up or higher. The Lowa company provides the necessary equipment: Helmets, climbing harnesses, ropes and carabiners – everything is provided.
When climbing, parents are responsible for their children.

Lowa Test Center
For shorter or longer hikes, young and old will find the right hiking boots in the Lowa test center right next to the family hotel.
Helmets, climbing harnesses, ropes and carabiners are available for free testing and trying out in the children’s climbing garden.
Children go on vacation for free
In June and October, your children (up to the age of 15) stay and eat for free in their parents’ room at the Hotel and Nature Resort Handeck.
