In winter, our head chef Roman Crkon will enchant you with his creative and surprising gourmet menus and 15 Gault Millau points. Flavorful fireworks for the palate and senses await you.
Our daily changing 6-course gourmet menu leaves nothing to be desired. You are also welcome to satisfy your hunger with individual courses from the menu. We are happy to cater to the wishes of allergy sufferers and vegetarians.

Restaurant
The restaurant with its original furniture from the 1930s with tables and chairs from Horgen-Glarus is reminiscent of a French brasserie. Simple, essential, with lots of charm and good taste. And that’s exactly how you eat and drink here. There is laughter, celebration and enjoyment and everyone is welcome.


Rock cellar
The real treasures of the Grimsel Hospiz lie in the cellar. More precisely – in the famous rock cellar, which reveals itself as a wine treasure trove with its unique ambience. Over 300 different wines are stored here, many from the sunny vineyards of neighboring Valais. All these bottles are just waiting to be woken up, uncorked and enjoyed – preferably in a fun aperitif round with a wafer-thin tarte flambée as an accompaniment.
